Benefits of Letting Go.

In life, we go through a lot, people used phrases, up and downs, rocky hills on valleys and mountains, and whenever we find ourselves in any situation that could be as a downturn. The we will react to it is actually what matters. You could decide to let it weigh you down or you could decide to let go and just pick yourself up and move on. One thing I always tell people is that the faster you move on and let go, the easier it is because it prevents you from just being stuck in one position.

The following important benefits of letting go.

1. It reduces depression

2. It reduces the rate of regrets

3. It helps you lead a better and happy life

4. It prevents heart aches and constant self-denial.

5. It generally makes you forget the past and move on.

 

1. DEPRESSION

Whenever something bad happens to us and it hurts us really bad, yes, depression sets in. You feel like it’s weighing you down, you feel sad and just down. Although, the ability to just let go and realise that you have to just move on helps reduce depression. With time, effort, determination and constant reminder of the LET GO matra, you’ll see that there won’t even be a trace of depression, as it’s not only decreases it, it’s completely remove depression with time.

“If I had known”, “maybe I shouldn’t have done this”, “probably if we had done this and this maybe it won’t have happened”. Now I’m not saying seeing your mistakes from whatever happened and trying to not let them happen again should be ruled out, no, it’s very important. Nevertheless, filling yourself with REGRETS isn’t an option either, although, it’s always happens. Now being able to LET GO, make makes you realise that:

✓ probably it was your fault and even if it was don’t kill yourself with self guilt

✓ it was probably meant to happen

✓ everything happens for a reason, now that’s one phrase that has kept me going

 

3. BETTER AND HAPPIER LIFE

By the time you discover and achieve the Spirit of letting go, it rules out depression, takes away regrets and self guilt, then he opened your eyes to bigger opportunities and alternatives, making life not only bearable but also enjoyable. And yes, after letting go, you have enough emotional and psychological strength to see things from a better and more calculative perspective. Making it’s easier for you to see, learn from and even prevent your mistakes without being clouded by regrets, guilt and self-denial.

 

4. HEART ACHES AND SELF-DENIAL

Speaking of self-denial, you would be able to see yourself worthy again and any emotional pain or heart aches will slowly fade away. And why is that, it’s because you’ve been able to shift your eyes away from self-denial two more important things like developing and rediscovering yourself by LETTING GO. And yes, it’s a gradual process and it isn’t easy at all but it’s very possible.

 

5. FORGETTING YOUR PAST AND MOVING ON

This takes time and after you get a hang of it you realise that letting go really is a great way to heal and yes move on.
